There will be no refunds on no-shows.

You will be refunded only 50% of your Reading. No refunds on balancing services.

You will be able to change your appointment up to five times after that it will be automatically canceled and 50% of cost would be refunded on readings only on balancing service there will be no refunds.

Due to the nature of our services there is a strict no refund no return policy on services or items purchased.

all services provide an approximate time does include sign in and check out, however some clients service maybe finish sooner depending on the client. 

simply because some clients may have more questions than others. The times do vary depending on the person.
